RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Innerest Beauty. We are committed to providing high-quality skincare that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. Please read our return/refund policy carefully to understand your options.
We, unfortunately, do not offer returns for any reason. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a damaged item, we are happy to offer store credit. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the store credit process. Please note that store credit is only valid for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
To initiate the refund or store credit process, please contact our customer service team at info@innerestbeauty.com. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) and a brief description of the issue. Once we review the evidence and determine that the items(s) are damaged, we will issue a refund to your original form payment. Processing a refund will take 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund or store credit request if we determine that the item(s) have been used or tampered with.
